Yes, the district needs to take some blame, but this kid and his family knew that he needed to pass ALL 4 of the state tests in order to graduate from high school. If he never knew what his score was, why didn't he ever question someone about it? The district should have stayed on top of it, but it is the ultimate responsibility of the student to keep up with his requirements. He's not a two-year old.
